Philosophy of sleeplessness
Counting the sheep – hopeless.
Awakened to sleep – no bliss.
Waiting for the end – tired.
Look for holly land – buy it.
Be or not to be – a question.
Answer it or not – catch on.
Parting versus love – a trap.
Teach yourself to bluff – a step.
Desert or sea shore – sand clocks.
Beach chairs on a floor – off stock.
A bird that in the hand – squeeze it.
A bird that flies away – kill it.
Fortune to be caught – loser.
Richest in your thoughts – who is.
Beauties loving beasts – a true love.
Believing in such twists – to fool up.
Seconds make long years – useless.
Working with no rests – worthless.
The night is black and white – depends on.
The moon is always bright – abandon.
Be second or be first – the role.
Playing it by heart – the sole.
Nine lives.
A Spirit came to the God
And asked for a life to be gifted.
“Nine lives, said the God, not a lot
But take one and happily live it.”
Youngness, love, friends,
Fame, fortune, wealth,
Talent, wisdom, health –
God’s offer ever stands.
A century’s gone with the wind
Waiting for the Spirit’s decision.
So hard not to loose but win,
And get the biggest provision.
Youngness, love, friends,
Fame, fortune, wealth,
Talent, wisdom, health –
All the best in one’s hands.
A billion years passed by.
The Spirit remains hesitating:
To choose wise or the first coming to mind,
But the God is patient and waiting.
Youngness, love, friends,
Fame, fortune, wealth,
Talent, wisdom, health –
God’s offer never ends.
I’m listening to you, Silence of Universe
By walking in fields or flying in skies,
By touching the Sun or freezing to ice
I’m feeling just you, the Emptiness’ Silence.
I’m hearing you. Your voice isn’t violence.
You breathe at me as winds in evening,
So fresh, so wise, so glorious, squealing.
A slam of one hand in the air is still,
But beating a cheek with a palm makes it ill.
Please, say me a word, don’t be so wordless –
Scream and cry, don’t be so worthless.
Tunes of Nothing, a Melody of Quietness –
This is your song, the Emptiness’ Silence.
I’m listening to you, Silence of Universe
Inside of myself, somewhere on the Earth.
Well, I’m not apart from you. I would never be.
Your wordlessness forever would talk only to me.
Please, speak to me again, seat to me closer.
Your voice of Emptiness, Your Silence, never bothers.
